Fifteen years in pursuit of one moment.

Zubair Ali Mannan — known to almost everyone simply as Jubz — was raised in Swansea, the son of a retired chef and a mother whose home cooking shaped the way he tastes the world. The kitchen was never a workplace before it was a home.

Fifteen years in professional kitchens followed: restaurants, hotels, private events, the long apprenticeship of fine-dining technique. Plated By Jubz is the work that came after — a return to the food he grew up with, plated with the precision of everything that came in between.

Modern Indian, drawn from the South Asian table he knows by heart, served with restaurant-grade plating and the kind of attention that turns dinner into a memory.
